Recipe: Wisconsin Brat Noodle Bowl

This is something I put together pretty quickly. Simple ingredients you can mix up however you want.

 Ingredients:          

Cranberry Brats from Trigs, sliced up into “coins”

Can of diced tomatoes

Frozen onion/celery mix – 1 cup, OR sautee up some fresh diced onions

Dash of whatever other herbs you may want

1/4 cup white cooking wine

Crumbled Goat Cheese

Noodles – any type. But I use Penne

Prepare:

Boil the noodles.

Sautee the Brats up so they are nice & brown! Sizzling brown on both sides.

Mix in oinons/celery or sauteed onions if you did that option.

Add in wine, cook for about 5 minutes.

Toss with noodles!
