Wisconsin brat noodle bowl

 

Cut up two cranberry brats from trigs into coins. Sauntee in oil and brown real well. Add can of rotel,about a cup of frozen onion and celery,dash of basil and dash of white cooking wine. Sauté up real well,let it get real brown!! Almost burn…Toss cooked pasta in,1/4 of goat cheese. Stir and serve!
