Wisconsin brat noodle bowl

Cut up two cranberry brats from trigs into coins. Sauntee in oil and brown real well. Add can of rotel, about a cup of frozen onion and celery, dash of basil and dash of white cooking wine. Sauté up real well, let it get real brown!! Almost burn… Toss cooked pasta in, 1/4 of goat cheese. Stir and serve!
